I started competing in 1999 in the bodybuilding division. I switched over to figure and competed there from 2009-2016 winning a world title in 2015. I also added physique to my list in 2014 and placed 2nd & 3rd in the world in 2014 & 2015. I took some time off from 2017-2022 and most recently came back in the bikini division where I placed 2nd in my first pro show back and won my pro card in another federation just 4 weeks later. I am a drug free athlete and obtained my first pro status in 2009. I’ve competed in over 50 shows in my career and 25 of those shows were pro shows where I placed top 5 in all but 1.

Fitness truly is my passion and it helped me overcome a severe eating disorder coupled with body dysmorphia when I was in college. I turned a negative obsession with food into something positive by using my discipline, dedication, and strength to take my body to the next level.

I am also a single mother to my teenage son and have truly found a healthy balance in my life between family, fitness and my career. I love competing and take great pride in transforming my physique from show to show and year to year always striving for Improvement. I find great joy in helping others achieve their fitness goals and dreams.

Anybody can build healthy habits; they just need to know how to do it effectively and that’s my jam. Although getting and staying healthy can feel like a big challenge, it doesn't have to be. Working small, positive steps into your daily life can help you build a healthier life routine and improve your life in every aspect.
